Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring deliverables for accuracy and completeness, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Monitor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS standards, including requirements, policies, and guidelines.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits of deliverables, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Work with project teams to ensure that quality issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Track and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for concern.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CMS standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality requirements are understood and met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a government or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Experience with CMS standards and regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
